TSHCSW South East Council of the Greater Chattanooga area offers monthly contact hours for healthcare social workers and networking with others in the healthcare field.

We are fortunate to be in an ever-evolving "learn something new everyday" profession.
We are dedicated to be "perpetual learners" in order to be most efficient in this helping profession.
We are committed to supporting each other while facing the challenges of our patients.

We are an affiliate of the Tennessee Hospital Association.
When do we meet
The South-East Council of Tennessee meets
every 4th Wednesday of the Month
11:30am - 1:00pm

We proudly provide two conferences every year for continuing education and personal collaboration! Our conferences support our scholarship program.

The Tennessee Society of Health Care Social Workers is now accepting applications for the
Kate Perry Memorial Scholarship
Three $2000 scholarships to be awarded for Fall Semester 2026
One Scholarship will be awarded to an Undergraduate Social Work Major
One Scholarship to a Graduate level Social Work Major.
The final scholarship can be in either program.
